SADC; Sneakers

My childhood cat, who was 15 years old, died today. These doodles don't look anything like him, but I really couldn't draw him today. I just wanted to make something to mark the occasion.

SADC: More Doodles of the Gang

There's an extra doodle at the bottom of Ulysses and Richard. Ulysses is so saying, "I have a mech...specifically for you." Ha.

SADC: Lame

...this is all I did. This is kind of a commission and it' the only "sketch" that I have to show...and it was all done on the computer. Awful.

SADC: Re-design...did I do that title already?

Messing with her outfit. I think the second one's my fave. I think that's what I'm going with. The pigtails though...not so sure....

SADC: Richard Costumes

Trying to make Richard's costume make sense. I like the last one best but I STILL feel like it's a little too old for him...siiiiigh.

SADC: Designs Designs

Ulysses and Richard get some more costume stuff. I like this whole black bodysuit tie through. Crazy gloves for Ulysses because, you know, mechanical stuff. I thought he should have a lot of pouches for gear and things of that nature. Also, I like the nose showing for Richard's outfit, though the pose and...everything else is rancid. UGH. He is clearly the most difficult. I also drew just heads to see how they meshed as a group...not so well akshully, I think. Back to the drawing board....

SADC: More Costumes

Was trying out a few things with Lee and Richard. Lee's outfit is pretty much done. I tried something a little "wrestle-y" for Richard. I wanted some kind of a mask that covered most of his face but not his hair. DEFINITELY want the hair showing. I hate this design though.

SADC: Re Costume

My basic thoughts on Renee's outfit. It's a little like Amanda's...I will have to consider revamp this design. Multiple earrings for Re now though. W00t.

SADC: Clothes and Heights

A bit of a stray from normal SADC. This focuses on the clothing and the heights for the characters. No faces. Also, some obvious digital editing to get them all closer for a height comparison. Ooooo. Ahhhh.....

Trying to design Re's outfit. It has to look like it's eclectic but...believably so. I think I might stick with the skirt over jeans combo....

SADC: An Attempt at Richard Full Body

Check out my failing at interesting clothing design. Apparently I think EVERYONE wears black T-shirts and ripped jeans. Blah. He had a wifebeater on, but it wasn't working. I also don't know what's up with me and this POSE. I like it...I guess? He's not beefy enough. Ah well, will try again later.

The three together! Yay! Just wanted to see how they looked, sadly, Lee didn't make it in for whatever reason. Not a terrible first attempt. Yay!

My Valentine's Day couple. A couple I made up when I was a kid...who might as well be named "Mary Sue" and "Gary Stu," but I love them. Happy Valentine's Day!

I think these are MUCH better than the way my drawings have been going lately. I'm much happier with them. YAY!

Looking better. I think I actually like the square frames. I find Ulysses really handsome for some reason. Odd.

Working with Ulysses now. Getting back into the feel of drawing him. I like the profile the best. Square frames this time. Not sure if they even really make a difference. But there they are.

SADC: Richard Home Stretch

I think this is how I want it. Substituted the soul patch for some gruff and shortened the hair. We also changed him to a blond, but I forgot. Ha ha! Shaded hair. Only Ulys left....

SADC: Four Richards

So I'm really trying to narrow down his design, he's the one I've been having the most problems with. I'm just not grasping his character as easily as the others. Ugh.

SADC: Re-peating My Mistakes

I know I said I was going to design Richard tonight, but I wanted to remind myself that, although I drew Re rather stylish in the last entry, she's kind of eclectic when it comes to her actual clothing choices. This is NOT her everyday outfit, but something to remind me that she likes things a little different.

My mistake? Cut off her feet again. NOT INTENTIONAL. Ugh.

SADC: Re-taliation

Re got stood up yesterday so she's BACK with a vengeance...or at least that's my justification for the title. Full body of Re. Well, almost full body. She's too stylish, want her clothes to be different. But I'm going to move on to Richard now. Hooray!

Was TRYING to draw Re...turned into Princess Tiana from Disney's "Princess and the Frog." Some rather unexpected fan art for that, I suppose. Theeere we go?
